Welcome to Peppa! These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules for using our service provided by Sociarch HK Limited ("Peppa," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms. They include important details, including liability limits and a binding arbitration agreement.
1. OUR SERVICE
1.1 Peppa AI App
Peppa is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help parents manage administrative tasks, including:
- School email intelligence and prioritization
- Smart scheduling and conflict detection
- Registration tracking and reminders
- Form automation and pre-filling
- Parent group chat filtering
- Proactive reminders for family activities
- Calendar management and coordination
1.2 AI-Powered Service
Our service uses artificial intelligence to process, analyze, and respond to your requests. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors or limitations.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peppa.
2.2 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2.3 Family Use
The app is designed for family use. You may share access with your spouse/partner and authorize the app to manage tasks for your children under 18.
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
3.1 Subscription Plans
Peppa offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing, as displayed in the app and on our website.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Payment is charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specifically stated in these Terms
3.3 Free Trial
If offered a free trial:
- Trial terms will be clearly disclosed
- Your subscription will begin automatically after the trial period unless cancelled
- You may cancel during the trial to avoid charges
3.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
4.1 Permitted Use
Use Peppa only for legitimate family administrative tasks and parenting activities.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Share false information or ask the AI to generate false documents
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app's security
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the service for commercial purposes outside of family management
4.3 Content Guidelines
When providing information to Peppa:
- Ensure accuracy of personal and family information
- Do not include sensitive information of others without permission
- Respect privacy of other families and children
5. PRIVACY AND DATA
5.1 Data Collection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Family Data
By using family features, you represent that you have authority to provide information about family members, including children.
5.3 Third-Party Integration
Peppa may integrate with email services, calendar applications, and other third-party services with your permission. We are not responsible for these third-party services.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LIMITATIONS

While our AI strives to be helpful and accurate:
- AI responses may contain errors or be incomplete
- Always verify important information, especially regarding deadlines, appointments, and legal matters
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
6.2 Human Oversight
For critical matters, always apply human judgment and verification.
6.3 Learning and Improvement
Our AI learns from interactions to improve service quality, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
7.1 External Bookings and Services
When Peppa helps with bookings or external services:
- We act as your agent in making requests
- We are not responsible for third-party service quality, availability, or policies
- Your relationship with external service providers is governed by their terms
7.2 School and Institution Communications
When processing school emails or communications:
- We only process information you provide or authorize us to access
- Verify all school-related deadlines and requirements independently
- We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to processing errors
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Peppa's Rights
Peppa, its logos, and the app are owned by Sociarch HK Limited. All rights reserved.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide. By using the service, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze your content to provide the service.
8.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI for your use belongs to you, subject to these Terms.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Service "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 AI Limitations
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR AI WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ALL PURPOSES.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIARCH HK LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from AI errors or third-party service failures
- Any damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
9.4 Parent Responsibility
You remain ultimately responsible for:
- Verifying important dates, deadlines, and commitments
- Ensuring compliance with school and activity requirements
- Making final decisions regarding your family's schedule and activities
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sociarch HK Limited from claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the service
- Any content you provide
- Disputes with third parties
11. TERMINATION
11.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support.
11.2 By Peppa
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Non-payment of fees
- Legal requirements
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will end
- We may delete your data after a reasonable period
- Refunds will be provided only as required by law
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms by providing notice via:
- Email notification
- In-app notification
- Posted notice on our website
Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Informal Resolution

13.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
13.3 Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules, rather than in court.
13.4 Class Action Waiver
Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
14.3 Assignment
You may not transfer your account. We may assign our rights and obligations.
14.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.

General Terms
- Entire Agreement: These Terms & the Privacy Policy are the whole deal.

- Assignment: You can't transfer your account.
